REFUND POLICY

All sales final, no returns, no exchanges. Please order sizes carefully, as each item is custom made for you and so all sales are final. Please double check the address you select upon checkout. Our items are made on a per order basis. Once your order is processed, we start working on your items specific to you. However, we accept returns or exchanges for product damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 10 days of receipt date with a photo of your item. Upon receipt of your email, we will promptly make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

If your package is lost, a store credit will be issued to you after 30 days showing no movement on its tracking. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier, cannot be credited.

Please note: Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability. Every return has a carbon foot print. So just tell us what went wrong, then if possible you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Free shipping on $75 and up only applies to the continental US. Additional shipping and handling fee for Alaska, Hawaii and outlying states.

Q: What is your current turnaround time?
A: Your item is custom printed on demand especially for you within 2-7 business days. Select your shipping speed at checkout. Some items ship immediately, others take up to the full turnaround time.

Q: Care Instructions
A: Our products are printed on a direct-to-garment printer on all of our items. The designs are embedded into the fibers of the garments and are exceptionally durable. That said, washing on cool and not using high heat on the dryer definitely helps with the durability of the garment.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Please see size chart before ordering. Unisex tees run about a size larger than standard women's sizing but please see size chart for reference.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to process your cancellation.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii
A: Yes for an extra shipping fee.

Q: What is the status of my order?
A: We will email you as soon as the items in your order have shipped.

Q: Can expedite expedite shipping?
A: Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are not currently offering a rush option.

Q: Do you make custom apparel and designs?

Q: How do I know some of my t-shirt sale are going to charity?
A: We will be blogging and posting about the organization and people we have helped on our social media. Be sure to follow us!
